I got in an accident in my 2017 ram and it doesn’t really seem dented but more pushed in at the bottom. Is there anyway to pull the bottom of the bumper back out to straighten in back up to avoid buying a replacement bumper?

I hate to say, but the damage is done. You will never get it to be oem again and then you have the risk of it rusting under the chrome. I suppose if the replacement is expensive, you could pull the dent out and colour match paint it. Anything chrome and dented is very hard to repair.

Bumpers these days are light weight and flimsy, you can carry one around with one hand. Agree that replacing is the best option.
