I will start with the 12.1" Screen protector - $13.99 on Amazon

Not really a mod per say but nice to have with garage parking - thick foam bumpers. This new truck got shoved in the garage so now it is pretty tight... but with these I can open my doors into them and not worry about damage. 4 pack - $24.99 - Amazon

Liking the idea of the foam for the garage to save the door. More so on the wife’s side than mine.

Did the screen protector make it less responsive at all or is it pretty much like a phone screen protector?

I have a similar glass screen protector on my 8.4" and it has the same responsiveness as it did without (just like a glass screen protector for a cell phone). I don't even notice it's there.

OK, different strokes for different folk. While I plan to keep this truck for a few years, at 8k per year I've have to own it until I was 180 years old. Possible? Maybe. Likely? No.

Then there's the value of my time. Kinda goes back to the previous point. I (and most people, as far as I know) have a fixed number of days. Anything I can do to spend those hours doing something I enjoy, as long as I can afford it, is a no-brainer for me.

OTOH, if $41 could guarantee me an extra 5 HP, I'd be all over it.

I am not expecting any increase in HP, I like the filters and have used them on my other Rams. @TestPilot57 , what did you spend on your wheel spacers?

I don't recall. But there is no question they allowed me to put on 35x12.50 tires, which was not possible without them.

I don't mind spending money. I just want perceivable benefits. Still waiting for Whipple to make their G5 kit for Ram. Yes, it's going to be 15% of the cost of my truck when new. But it's worth it.

I just purchased the 2021 ram 2500 mega cab limited with the night edition. No chrome anywhere except for the lug nuts. Not sure why they put chrome on the wheels when everything else is black. So does anyone have a recommendation where I can purchase some nice shiny black lug nuts to match my wheels. I don’t want to pay $360 for Mopars.

I agree about the lug nuts. That was the first thing I changed. Just make sure you order the correct ones for your truck.

Hmmm. I tend to be a "black and white" kind of guy philosophically. But not generally literally. Then again, in the right setting I do like B&W tile.

So the link to the cargo lights isn’t working. It’s weird because it shows as an Amazon link but takes me to Walmart. When I pull the part number from the URL and just put that on Amazon is gives me this:

I know this is old…but do these collect debris at the inside edge?I’ve always liked the idea but was always hesitant. Anyone have one on for awhile and take them off?

I put the fender flares on my last truck. When I took them off I had the joy of re clear coating anywhere they touched

A little silly, but the 4 holes in the front bumper just looked unfinished in my opinion.
