Americas tire/ discount tire. If there is a store near you they will always beat prices. They were $50 cheaper per wheel for me and $75 a tire cheaper.

I have found eBay to be great for package deals. If you buy out of state you avoid sales taxes and fees.

Treaddepot.com is great for tires. I've used them a few times in the recent past.

Always call around to get the prices of were you are going to get your tires mounted/balanced unless you have access to the hobby shop and can do it yourself.

I have forgotten to factor those in a few times and found that in reality, it would of been the same price in store.

But not always.

I used to work at Discount but I got a quote for my set now from Mr. Wheel Deal.
Called Discount to see if my buddy could match their price and he said he could barely beat their total at store cost.
So my wheels and tires are in transit from MWD.

Got my rims from 4wheelonline. They were the cheapest around. Discount couldn't even match them. I did get my tires from discount though. They price matched from onlinetires.

Two different times in the last few months I have given Mr. Wheel Deal a chance to sell me wheels but he could not even come close to matching anybody's price let alone beating it. They advertise that they are the cheapest price around and will beat anybody's price but that's not the case I have seen. I am not bashing them by any means since I have never done business with them. I just found my wheels cheaper elsewhere(4 wheel online and ebay).

I actually used Mr wheel deal. Gave me a good price on my ballistic 20's and 35" Cougaria MT's. The local discount tire I got to for my tires for my Trans Am wasn't even close. Also go great customer service. The shipper lost my center caps and they shipped out a new set the next day. They apparently found my missing caps as they arrived a week after my replacements so I have a extra set. I would use them again as long as they had the best price still.

I ordered my wheels from mrwheeldeal.com as well. He was by far the cheapest I found. The wheels I have where released early this year. A couple places told me they couldn't get them at all. Every price I found online was about $350 a wheel. I got them for $250/wheel.

Hahaha what are the chances now I feel silly..only strange thing is when I said nothing for a week that included no email saying they were even shipped yet so I had no idea they were coming. Ordered on 7/25 delivered 7/31 not too shabby I'll use him again
