I just bought my first Ram 1500 this summer and it came with a set of bfgoodrich rugged terrain t/a. I read some reviews on them on being no good for the winter. I live in Canada so we get a lot of snow and Icy roads just wondering what's everyone opinion on theses

Congrats on the new (to you) truck!

Everyone's view on tires is subjective. If I were you, I'd stick it out through a snowstorm or two, see how they do. If you are happy, stick with them until they are due for replacement, and then get what you want. If they are in fact terrible in the snow, replace them sooner, assuming you have the coin.

You put weight in the bed? Even with my BFG KO2, that have mountain rating, I plan on adding sand bags to the back.
