Big hats off to Graygoose and JBA header questions

So first, huge hats off to Graygoose!! Cool guy to chat with and great to deal with. Just bought his headers the other day and he sent them damn near overnight. Had him send them to some friends in Dayton Ohio I'll be seeing in August and they already have them. Crazy fast!!! Anyone looking to buy/sell dealing with him, you'll be pleased.
So I read all over that gaskets that come with most headers are not the choice, so what is the BEST choice in gaskets and bolts?? OEM 5.7/6.1 or Ramflex?? Stage 8??
Won't have my hands on them till August but I will get the best gaskets/bolts now.

Those are super cool! Might have to consider those when I do headers.
