Since i might not remove my lift, or maybe I will, just trying to find some bigger tires that will last me a while on my highway commute.

I hate terra grapplers. Not bad, I bought then in February of 2009 and hoping to run them all the way till feb of 2013.

I'm doing a lot more highway driving now tho, didn't know if there were any better options for a 35 ish tire on an 18 wheel that would behave well on the highway!

Thanks in advance.

4 years for a set of tires, dang. Are you looking for a step down from an A/T like a combo between that and an H/T? I know that bfg a/ts and rugged terrains are pretty good. Maybe check out Mickey Thompson Atz's as well. I think Toyo makes something too..

In my experience when it comes to tread wear Toyo M/T's hands down.
I had Nitto's that wore out fast....they lasted half as long as any of the sets of toyo's Ive ran. I am on Federals right now and they seem to be wearing nicely.

No way am I running an M/ T again. I wen through a set every six months for a year and a half -> two years, Then I got these.

And I meant to say 2010. Not 2009. I'll hit three years in FEB. So I am very happy with these tires. But yes I'm looking for one step down, and I wasn't sure what that was.

Do you think a switch from a 295 width to a 325 would be bad??

What about copper discoverer ATR? I had them on my Durango. Wore well and lasted a long time. Did pretty good in snow and rain. They are not AT tires though.

A lot of people claim to get more miles out of toyo mt then a lot.of people get out of all terrains. But if I was you I'd go toyo open country all terrains or cooper all terrains they seem to last along time and I'd go 325 that width looks good

The dura grappler is a highway tire, supposed to get a lot of miles from them. They come with a 65k tread wear warranty from discount, I don't know much about them tho like sizes or if they really are good tires.

If you were you through tired that fast you had/have other issues or you drive a lot..... The only time ive seen people go through tires that fast is when they have horrible camber or their toe is way out of whack.
Both sets of Toyo MT's that have for any length of time (have had several sets, but usually sold or traded long before they had much wear) wore great. 30K+ miles and still 35% or so tread left when I sold the vehicles. Friend of mine has probably about 60K on his Toyo's, mostly DD but also several long trips per year towing his 32ft toy hauler.
Not sure how or why you would wear out a set of tires that fast. ...unless you had a lot of fun with the skinny peddle :)

Ive heard good things about both.

No. That's what I ran originally. They are the ones that lasted six months.

If your looking for mileage stay with the more narrow tire
The 325 will just take it down

My girlfriend has about 10k miles on her mastercraft a/t and theyre wearing great

ProComp has a 40k mile warranty on some of their tires. Pretty sure the Xtreme AT is one of them and I have two sets of them and love them. No issues ever with balancing either.
