Bilstein 5100 adjustable shock boots?

Hey guys, I am looking at adding some bilstien 5100 adjustables to my 2010 ram 1500 when i install my lift kit, but it looks like the shocks come without boots? is this the way you guys are running them, or any body find some boots for the shocks. Thanks.

I put the factory boots on my 5100s

I have 40,000KM on my 5100s and there blown now. I have to replace them.

and the bodies of them are completely rusted. Looking at FOX 2.0 or 2.5 now (trying do decide between 800 for shocks or 1750 for shocks LOL)
