bilstein 5100's 2.1 or 2.8?!

I just received my bilsteins and I've read that everyone recomending 2.1 or 2.8. My question is what setting is that? I see that they hAve 4 different setting. Stock height, .67", 1.34", 2" acording to the directions.

I read somewhere that 2.8 is the top slot, 2.1 is the next one down.

Thanks guys. Anyone have bilsteins set at 2.8? Any vibration or anything?

I don't have them but others said there's no real issues. Most claim better than stock ride.

It just must be the newer ones that have the vibration problems in 4 wheel drive
