Bilsteins ordered

Just ordered my bilsteins to level out my truck. Not sure if i want to go 2.1 and no rear spacer or 2.8 and 3/4" rear spacer.
Thoughts?
Also what are part numbers for new upper strut mounts and what are good ones to use. Might as well replace those while they are apart.
