Anybody have any experience with these mufflers?

Are they really drone free? Any real noticeable change with MDS on/off?

These sound amazing.

Never heard of them....but I doubt they're drone free. (At least 100%)

Well, Im wondering three placement ideas:

1- direct muffler replacement and leave resonators.

2- delete mid muffler, replace with Y pipe and place two Black Window 250s in place of the stock resonators.

3- add big resonator in place of muffler and two Black Widow 250 in place of stock resonators.

They sound good and you are going to deal with some drone no matter what exhaust you get. I've got a Borla that has minimal drone, but still there when the MDS kicks in

They aren't going to sound like that on your truck.

Totally agree. What you hear mostly in that video is the cam that's installed.

Yack, not a fan of that muffler. The video shows a short dumped exhaust with a lot of lope... I bet it's got so much overlap that it's firing in the exhaust and not in the chamber as well... it's that "tink" noise that lets u know that.

My belief with our trucks is that anything less than 20" muffler you will get a pronounced drone/resonance noise. Going less than 20" requires a better designed muffler or a full catback to help. You could always install a resonance j pipe.

Gentlemen, we've gotten off track.
I'm well aware that my truck won't sound like the farm truck, that's common sense.
If the muffler is not your choice, so be it.

Others are wondering what it'll sound like and I'm going to provide that for them.
Delayed install, it'll be by the end of this week for install.
