After MONTHS of dealing with a navigation screen that kept going in and out (and going back and forth with the dealership and Ram), I decided I was going to install another screen. I came upon the below YouTube page that would help me install the new system. As he showed the process, I said “let me follow these steps and disconnect all the plugs”. Guess what? NOW MY NAVIGATION/INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM WORKS PERFECTLY. If you are having problems with a blank screen, try this before purchasing a new screen. I’m still going to upgrade but there’s no rush.
