I'm assuming not.

My dealer tried selling me the etched windows and marked body panels. I refused to pay $500 for it.

When my truck arrived, I had RSR-Global stickers everywhere (the one on the tailgate drives me bonkers, they slapped it on crooked, like 45 Degree crooked). But no Window etchings.

I Googled this company and it's based in Ontario Canada (I'm also Canadian and use this truck in Canada). But I can't see Ram using a country specific company, especially in North America (I can't see why they wouldn't use a USA company--over a Canadian company, since they would have a larger market share).

So I was talking to one of detectives I know (Ontario Provincial Police); he looked at me sideways and said; "yeah, unless your driving a super high end vehicle or the dept is specifically looking at that model of vehicle. VIN marked items are pretty much useless".

There maybe some hidden VIN numbers, but I haven't been able to see any (not that I've taken off body panels).

I'm not sure I'd assume that just because a dealer tried to sell you something, it wasn't already there. :)

Remember, these are the same dinguses that choose the "Delete Spray-In Bedliner" option on the Tradesman, pocket the $325 they get back, then sell you an $80 cheap plastic bedliner for $300, which they refuse to take out and not charge you for because "it's already installed".
