Body preventative measures???

So most rams I see start to rust under the fenders because of the liners. Is there an aftermarket application that helps? Any material or measure I can take to prevent build up of unwanted debris and junk ?

Fluid Film is what I used on mine.

Krown rust prevention...$140 a year 1st 2 years then every other year... I have Krown applied on my 2012 works great...highly recommend!!!!

How do I apply the fluid film??

You can buy it in spray cans or by the gallon with a sprayer.
Just spray it everywhere under the truck where water or what can get and set, all the crooks and crannies, holes and anything you dont want to maybe rust.

What is the difference between fluid film & spray cans of undercoat? When my truck was brand new I took out the wheel well liners & put 3-4 coats there & other places rust likes to appear. First year I had it we didn't get much of a winter, but this year they have been salting the roads about every other week. Hope my efforts were not for nothing.

Fluid Film is a oil more or less and does not get solid or dry out and will wash off at some point.
Its made so it seeps into all the cracks and seams to keep moisture out.

Krown every year. I think it is great. They spray in your doors , engine compartment , even remove your tail light and spray down the inside of your bed plus it lubricate everything.

The bad thing with Krown and having them do it is location, for the people South there are either no dealers or like for me they are 5hrs away..lol
I had never even heard of them before I got on this forum.
