Bought my first Ram.

Hey guys, bought my first Ram, and thought I'd at least introduce myself if I'm going to be lurking here.
Traded in an '08 Canyon that I'd had for only a year and was rather unhappy with. So far totally stoked on this Ram. Wondering if I did alright on the price... Msrp was $45.9k, dealer asking price was $49.9k. I got it for $36.9k.

So far, love the power, love the color, and it's a hell of a lot more comfortable than that little Canyon.

Crew Cab, 26z package, 4x4 hemi with the eight speed auto. 3.21 gears that ya'll seem torn over (I won't be towing much). Luxury group, comfort group, trailer tow mirror/brake, remote start/security, rear camera/park assist, anti spin diff, 32 gal tank, and the 8.4an uconnect.

Picked it up this past Saturday, already have over 400 miles on it.

Not a fan of those chrome clad 20's, will have to change them sooner or later. Already have the 18"mufflex on order, along with some weather tech mats.

Where is Crockett exactly? I grew up in SoCal and travelled all over the state before landing out here and don't think I have ever heard of it.

Great deal. Its nice to see you didnt get caught in upside down equity for only having the Canyon one year. You have a lot of equity in your truck already. Great job.

Yeah, that little bit o mud would be from driving into work. They try and keep the dust down at the quarry by watering the ground, well occasionally the water truck drivers get a bit over zealous.

Crockett is a tiny town up north in the SF bay area, about 30 min north east of San Francisco. If you've ever used C&H sugar it probably came through this town.

Was a bit upside down on that canyon, but if you've heard anything about that five cylinder they have, you know it ain't good. So far I'm getting just as good of mileage with this truck.

Well, just bought this. Should be a good start to swapping out those 3.21s. that's as long as the 2013 is same same as 2014, right??

Should also save me on install for the front also as the lash should be all set in there right? Can probably swap it out myself in about a day? Then have the rear done professionally, and then I need to go to the dealer to have them reflash for the gear ratio change right?
