Fair enough, just seemed odd that he wouldn't at least come back and update the thread, say thanks for the input etc. Makes a guy start to wonder as there really are a ton of odd characters that show up on this particular forum. Thanks for clarifying.
Just ask the wife about odd characters, But back to campers and other money pits, BIL when he retired bought a old class A winab., I am sure it was a gaser, 440 I think, not sure.
They had a cat, on the first trip went off the deep end and crawled up under the dash and would not/ could not get out, typical cat.
He ended up pulling the whole dash out of that thing to get the damn cat out, 2 days to put it back to gather, then the AC stopped working, again. Drove it from BC to Sask. a few times.
Only nice thing was the little Chev/ Suzuki 3cy. suv he pulled behind the motor home , Forget the model. Handy when the motorhome packed it in at odd times.

Believe it or not, i recall when Goose55 was asking this forum what they should look for, when he was considering purchasing a Ram.
If i remember correctly, they factory ordered a Ram & then had to wait longer than normal for it to come in.

remember when orders from Mexico went from 4 months to where the heck is my Ram ?

He's not a bad guy at all and believe it or not, if you actually try to help him understand something without trying to slide in a backhanded comment he does actually listen. Sometimes his questions may be out there to those who know, but if folks would leave opinion and attitude out of the comments and just answer the question to help the guy he's pretty cool.
