Following up on this in case someone has a similar issue.
I now have four new rotors and all new pads. One of the caliper Slide pins was sticking and I couldn’t get the dang thing out after heating and using my impact on it. So I ended up with one new caliper. The brake system has new clean brake fluid because of the many quarts I flushed through bleeding the system. I also found out alfaOBD wasn’t running the full procedure on the ABS brake bleed so I talked with the developer of Alfa and we got it fixed.
The truck brakes amazing and I am confident there is no air in the lines. However, the pedal is still funny feeling with the truck off but after comparing it to my father in laws truck I found his pedal feels just like mine. So I guess I just did not notice it before I started working on the brakes.
