Broken Headlight Adjustment

I broke my headlight adjustment (turned it too far). How can I repair it? Pix would be helpful. Thanks.

Start by taking out the headlight and photo what you broke. Attach it to a post to better help you

ill add pic tomorrow. i was trying to raise light beam and turned screw too far. projector light dropped down and wouldnt raise again no matter how many times i turned screw.

Sounds like you turned the screw too much and might have stripped it. Might have to separate the light and see if you can get it remounted.

Bottom Attaching Bolt for Headlight 2014 ??1500

Bottom Attaching Bolt for Headlight 2014 1500 - Purpose ? Can anyone tell me why the bottom attaching bolt for the headlight on 2014 RAM 1500 has all of that extra stuff it goes thru that looks like some type of adjuster ?? thanks !!

Turn the adjuster the opposite way, it'll force the ball back on to the socket. Once you hear it pop, stop so you don't pop the other one off.

If you can use your finger and put it in the hole for the light bulb, pull back on the reflector part and then go the opposite direction with the screw to get it back on.
