BT Connection drops when trying to use iPhone

So I have noticed this issue lately, seems I get in the truck and the phone connects as it should. I decide to play some music through BT and it drops the phone connection. I then have to hit the setup button and click on my phone name, then it will reconnect the phone and the music will start playing.

Any reason for this?

On the radio, delete the phone and Bluetooth audio profile for your phone. On your phone, delete the Bluetooth profile to UConnect. Do a hard power off, then power on event on your phone and then do a fresh profile add to your Radio.

This is what I have had to do sometimes if either I updated the radio software or the phone software gets updated. The hand shaking between the two sometimes get out of wack and total clean/swipe is needed of the profiles and fresh re-add.

Well after deleteing the profile and connection on my iphone and radio, I reconnected it.

I got a call and in the middle of the call it drops the BT connection and reconnects after about 15 seconds.

I just had to get a new iPhone and mine was doing this as well. It ended up being the antenna in the phone itself that was malfunctioning so i had to get another phone. The Wifi would drop too.
