I was reading about the bubble dashboard and I'm having the same problem, I love my truck 2021 Ram 3.0 diesel limited, which I bought it used at 36000 plus miles and I see this is manufacturing problem and was wondering if I could get some help on the matter if not full replacement for the dashboard. The place I purchased it from is 6 hours away and they ignored my calls!

I'm sorry to hear that; it's heartbreaking. I've read many posts about this, and everything I've read seems to isolate the "bubbling" to 2019 and 2020 high-trim models. You could try sending pictures and a letter to RAM customer service to see if they would be willing to help you. An issue like this should not happen; it is a defect in manufacturing.

The dealership can attempt to open a case with Ram for you, but they are likely not going to replace it unless Ram foots the bill. Sadly, Ram has been very hit and miss on paying for the replacement. Some have found themselves in a feedback loop of sorts, where Ram points them to the dealer and the dealer points them back to Ram.

My suggestion echoes BossHogg. Contact @RamCares and see if they'll open a ticket for you and find out if Ram will warranty a replacement. Cross your fingers and hope they will.

seems to be a normal thing lately with these used car lots. I hear a lot of similar complaints about them not returning calls or even refusing to fix problems. They advertise a good game, but, often fail.

Even alleged customer reviews can't be trusted any more...those too have become a scam everywhere.

If it makes you feel any better, this isn't a new problem,or limited to just the trucks. The Challengers / Chargers and 300's have had dashboard delamination issues since they were introduced almost 20 years ago. My 300 has a lifted dash, but i'll be dammed if i'm removing the dash to fix it,on a car that has no interior rattles and risk having interior rattles afterwards,i just threw a good quality dash cover over it,outta sight outta mind was my motto
