Hi all,
02 ram 1500 quad cab
Current setup: HU- JVC kd-x50bt, Subs- MTX thunder form under rear seat running a pair of mtx 4500 10"s, Amp JL slash 250/1

Just picked up a pair of older Eclipse 88100 subs made by TC sounds. They are DVC 3 ohms per coil. 500 watts rms per sub. I'm looking for a budget amp that can adequately power these subs, as they will be going in the thunder form after a spacer plate is made to allow the
Basket to fit. I'm guessing a net of .4 cubes per sub which is near the "competition" box specs from eclipse.
Right now this is a budget build, I'm considering an audio pipe amp, any other suggestions for good power, decent sound, and minimal electrical upgrades? Thanks guys and gals!

Subs installed into thunderform, I was planning on making a mounting plate but ended up enlarging the holes, very tight, elongated 1/2" toward the front, also had to clearance the beveled edge that recesses the sub. I got both subs in a R/T box with an older xplod 1000w amp (garbage amp but temporary)for $75.
