Bug in cluster/uconnect

My cluster theme syncs to what ever I choose on the uconnect but after a few hours it goes back to theme 5. I have to renew the theme 3 setting everytime it goes back to theme 5...This is so freaking odd...any ideas?

that has not happened on mine but I went to reset my driver seat and when I pushed the s button all my radio settings and station presets changed. I had to go back thru everything..afraid to adjust seat until I can figure out what gives.

It is a glitch. Apparently it won't get fixed until March 2019.

I looked for the theme option in mine and it is missing. 2019 Ram, just got it yesterday, and no theme option anywhere.

What trim level do you have? On my 8.4 uconnect the them setting is under "settings" and in the "display" option

Such a minor bug, probably is pretty low on the list.

It might be a minor bug, but the radio isn't doing what it is supposed to do. This makes the manufacturer look incompetent. I'm having my own issues with the 5" system, but I'll hold off on letting a dealer look at it until something more important comes up. I also prefer to let it make the same glitches in order to see if there are any certain circumstances where it happens. Then the dealer can replicate the same settings & see it happen.

It happens to me as well. Also, how are software updates done? Are they pushed automatically or does it require a trip to the dealer? Seems like they should be able to push that directly to you.

I would imagine the only way to push an update is if you have some connected service & probably a certain radio. If there is any update for people like me with the base 5" screen radio, I'd probably have to download a file & update it through a USB drive. I haven't seen an option to update the software, so I would most likely have to make a trip to the dealer.

Picked up my RAM this past Saturday and the truck has this glitch as well.
