I don't have a Bully Dog or a tuner at all, but I know some questions that will help anyone trying to help diagnose the problem.

Is the Check Engine light coming on? Was it coming on before you added the tuner? Any other indicators that shouldn't be on?

Did the Bully Dog display any errors or other messages when it sent the tune to the computer?

If you have access to a code reader, any codes? If not, try AutoZone...they'll read the codes for free. Get them to write them down or print them out, though...don't let them "interpret" them for you. Or take a pic of the display with a cell phone or something.

Were there any problems (no matter how minor) with the truck before you put the tuner on?

Any mods done before the tuner? If so, what exactly?

In what way did your tech support calls go nowhere? What did they say, or did you even get to talk to a tech?

They took my stock file and the preprogrammed files and said they would review them and c y it won't work but the tuner 40410 is made for this truck. Basically in a nut shell they said if I don't Here back froM them in 1 to 2 weeks to just call back.

That sucks, man. Honestly, I'm just trying to get more info in the thread and keep it alive for the folks who know tuners, since I don't have one.

Are/were you able to restore it back to stock and use the truck? If not, I'd be up their asses daily until they give you a solution, a refund & RMA, or at least a way to use the truck.

Other than that, I'm not sure what else to ask or suggest. Sorry.

the truck runs just fine without the tuner installed even if I try to install the stock tune and ajuster parameters and goes to acting up.. the tune is off the truck now and it's running just fine.I'll consider switching over to Diablo by like bulley dog because you can monitor everything

I wish I had better answers or possibilities for you, but not having a tuner I'm kinda limited to general stuff.

I'd have to wonder if the tuner maybe thinks you have a different truck than you do, or maybe the tuner itself needs a firmware update or something.

But I can't blame you for wanting to switch to another vendor. Hopefully you can get some satisfaction or refund or something out of Bully Dog if they don't manage to help you.
