most insurance company's have lawyers on the payroll for this reason so they are not going to shake in their boots with a lawsuit. so I have to disagree with you on that

First off sorry about your truck and the reception from your insurance company.

Second, not all insurance companies are created equal. If you have a legit loss and a good carrier you'll be taken care of. To say insurance companies are not in business to pay claims is asinine.

You watch to many lawyer commercials or have felt with bad insurance companies. Not everything is covered! Your insurance policy is not a warranty. If it was none of us could afford the premiums. This is from a 1st party standpoint dealing with your own carrier. If your a claimant that's different.

Not really asinine - insurance companies are like any other company, they're out to make a profit. Paying out lots of claims cuts into that, so they avoid it when they can, or try to pay the least amount possible. For the most part, if they'd pay for the losses, and incidentals, you probably wouldn't need a lawyer. But since so many people try to take advantage of things...

Well if you ever took someone to court with your own lawyer THAT COSTS A LOT OF MONEY . Makes me laugh when people run around >going to take you to court and bla bla but it never happens because of the money you have to shell out

no where did I say the word feared Just stating that every time you something happens a guy or girl will take them to court, Well you have to shell out money for that and also the other side has them sitting and waiting for you thats what I said
