Buttons on a stearing wheel doesnt work except cruise control

Hi, I have issues with my Dodge Ram 1500 2010. Buttons on stearing wheel doesnt work except cruise control. On diagnostic tools show me U1191, and U1109 fail. I took out clock springs,and all wires on stearing wheel I checkd with instrument,and every contact is good. Also light in a cabin doesnt work.Can somebody tell me what is next step which I need to check.

Thank you Ken. I already checked every connector on the clocksprings, every connector is wired in the steering wheel, and everything is OK. Buttons on the left side, right side, and the horn doesnt work when pressed, except for cruise control. But, when I lock the truck horn works normally.
