Buzzing vibrating noises under acceleration

Couldn’t find this problem from anyone yet..my ‘16 3500 td 4x4 makes a funky noise and the heavier the trailer I pull/harder acceleration, the louder the buzzing noise. Coming from inside dash behind the gauge cluster. Anyone know what this is..?

Is it a used truck? Possibly from Canada? Mine is and had to have the cluster swapped out and I found that when they installed it they did a poor job and didn't have it installed correctly. Could be loose and vibrating
