CA Extended warranty pricing?

Looking for an extended warranty for my 2022 ram 1500, purchased in 2023. Needs to be a CA dealer due to CA STATE restrictions. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am also interested in why the warranty has to be sold in CA from a CA dealer.
I purchased a 2026 truck myself out of state and licensed it in CA.
I am interested in a factory extended warranty as well.

As I see it, it's a silly California law made to protect California dealers profits being they all sell the same OEM warranties but aftermarket types will vary...

Exactly popular plans like car shield you cant get but "engine insurance plans" that are allowed. I swear I almost divorced the wife over her demanding to buy one of these plans at Toyota, I ended up caving because at least she bought the car I wanted her to buy. 2400 as I remember to boost the warranty to 7 years, Darwin wouldn't believe me as we had 5 years on power train. And btw look at the plan closely, it may not have things such a as electrical systems, which is half the reason for getting one.

Look up MBI, it is something many ins companies offer to take away customers from other ins companies that don't offer it. Dealers are desperate, they wanna deny everything most of the time. Ins isn't much better but at least they aren't desperate. CA ins companies record profits 2025.
