Cab size from VIN?

Is there any way to tell the cab size (Crew or Quad) from a VIN?
I'm looking at some rear door trim panels from this VIN but I don't know if the truck is crew or quad.

Thanks! I didn't think to just do a google search of the VIN. I was trying to find a site that would tell me that I could just type in the Vin and find out.

Also, crew cabs (1500, 2500, and 3500) and mega cabs (2500 and 3500) have the same size doors.

The only difference with mega and crew is the cab bumps out more. So the back of the seats are not at the door jam they sit back further but the door are the same size
