Calvert Suspension Kit

I got this rear spring kit from Cali. Calvert Racing. I heard that it was awesome and stopped the rear wheel hop. I am having it installed soon and I would like to know if there are any special settings I need for street. Apparently you can dial this thing in for almost anything. I just need Daily Commute settings because the truck gets kinda squirlly in bumby corners. At Freeway speed plus a bump the rear end moves around. Not fun.

So. Any suggestions on how dial this thing in?

I put mine in the 3rd hole(bottom) and extended the bars(each the same number of turns) till the back of my truck went up 3/4" measuring from the ground to the hitch. So far so good but I am still tinkering. They also give you directions with the caltracks on how to set them up for a starting point.
