Can someone help me identify this fuel pump?

I'm installing the gas tank in my 84 dodge, almost done swapping a 5.7L Hemi into. I went to the local junk yard to get a fuel tank with internal pump. I found one in the dodge area, and there is a FIVE point sensor/plug coming off of the pump. I cannot for the life of me figure out what year of truck this is from. I need to know, because I need the male end of the plug which would plug into the piece in the attached picture. Every plug I'm finding is only a 4 point, not 5. There is a number on it, p74673M. If I search this it shows me a Carter fuel pump, but I need the wiring that leads from the pump to the engine bay... any ideas would be great. Thanks

Looks like the tank is out of a 1994 or earlier Ram, they switched to the 4 pin connector in 1995.

Thank you for your reply. If that's the case, could I just grab a 4 pin fuel pump and put it in my gas tank? Are they the same size and compatible?

Not sure but I was thinking if you get a newer 4 pin fuel pump compatible with your Hemi's PCM and it fits in the tank you should be good to go.
