Can you identify the original factory cold weather package and fuel system? 2nd gen diesel.

I have a 1997 Dodge Diesel 2500 and I'd like to keep it original. The fuel heater died in mine and I'd like some help identifying what cold weather package my truck has. It looks factory original.

Does anyone have photos of their factory original fuel system upgrade and cold weather package options I can compare to?

This truck is my family vehicle and part of my retirement plan!
