I have dumped my can a few times now and every time it is full of a milky tan thick mess I'm guessing its coolant and oil any thoughts?

Myself and others have experienced this mainly during cold weather , I believe it to be extra ( normal ) condensation build up during the cooler winter months .

If your not getting your engine oil up to 212°f and higher for extended times during the winter ( and most of us do not ) there will be more water/ condensation in the oil . Due to it not being burned off .

Luckily you have an OCC preventing this CRUD from entering your intake plenum where Two things should be :
1 Clean Filtered Gasoline
2 Clean Filtered AIR .

Hope this helps [emoji1303]

Got a pic of it?

If it’s just a little it’s probably condensation

Yep, I experienced the same thing. I had installed my CC in the spring so all summer into fall everything looked good. The first time I dumped it during cold weather I was worried until you guys assured me that it was normal. Guess what, as soon as it warmed up last spring everything back to normal again.[emoji106][emoji106]

If it was a blown head gasket you would have other issues as well

Its the fact aluminum has a fairly good thermal transfer ability combined with cold ambient temps. Really sucks the moisture down into the can. If you were to be able to run a camera inside the can you would likely see sweating on the walls until the can finally heats up from being close to the engine.

My dump last week looked just like this. Previous dump in the summer was just dark oil.

Every winter mine looks like that. It's due to the condensation from the extreme temperature change from the cold ambient temperature to the operating temp of the engine. Just think, your engine would be eating that if it weren't for the catch can...

mine looks the same as stated in that picture as well, and during the summer, its just oil... so i guess this is all normal. What a great mod this OCC is, really cant believe our engines would be burning this crap other wise!
