Center Line

Do our head units/back up cameras have the center line for lining up the hitch ball to a trailer? Mine only shows the normal 2 lines. I have the factory 8.4 NAV unit.

Our ‘13 Journey has this...but not my ‘18 1500. Am I missing a setting or something?

No the center line is not an option on the Ram backup camera.

This is true although it seems odd as I would expect a truck to need it more than a smaller SUV which very rarely tows.

Definitely what I was thinking. For some reason I never noticed this until last night while backing our Journey into the garage. Why in the world would it have one, but the truck doesn’t??

Oh well.

I just traded in my ‘14 Durango for a ‘16 Ram 1500. The Durango had the center line however, the Ram does not. I have been searching the forum for this information and also find it odd the Ram doesn’t have the center line. It was very helpful on the Durango.
