Been needing to replace the bumper on my '04 since I bought the truck. Finally found a way to go super cheap, but still sturdy.
That's ~7' of 10" C-channel. Going to put some pie cuts in the flanges so I can bend it to approximate the curve of the front of the truck. Should have plenty of room behind it for a hidden winch mount later. Not sure if it will work with the factory brackets or if I'll need something custom. Sort that out later.
