check engine code : PQ441

this code says that it is for evaporative emissions system. Can anyone help with this? Can a particular part be traced to this code? The truck when starting of, will run in high rpms as it needs to change gears. But when I quickly let off the gas , it backs down and changes gear(1st to 2nd) then no problem until I comes back down to this gear area again. I usually only drive, lately, for 7-12 mins. to and from work. Although the light has been on for a month without any problems,this has just started up and just need some help. thanks in advance to all.

Leak detection pump? Cheap part but not sure if it applies to your rig. Did one on mine after tank swap.
