Check Engine Light won't go off.

I replaced the spark plugs. after got a check engine light. error code p0113 intake air temp sensor 1 circuit high. replaced sensor and cleared codes with the Diablo intune. code keeps popping up. unhooked battery for awhile(30 min) and still no luck.
Anybody have any ideas how to get this to clear?

Check the sensor wiring to ensure a good contact and that the replacement sensore is properly oriented to the direction of flow. You can't clear the code for long if the sensor is inserted wrong.

I had the same code when I put in my vararam. Good advice above.

Take the connection apart again, make sure it clicks in and push the red slider forward. Make sure it's in the right direction. There's 2 arrows on it. Try one way then the other. Clear the code.

Try doing the clearing with the drivers door open and turn off stuff like illuminated approach as such. I had trouble clearing it till I left the door open. When it's off... it's off that way. That was a tip I got from Hemifever.

and even check it to make sure it didn't get cracked or broken somehow.
