My 2012 Express is being stored in my garage while I'm deployed. It sat for about two months without it being touched. When my wife went to start it, it didn't start, the battery had died. It was jump started and now the check engine light is on. Never had an issue before this. Does anyone have an idea of what could have happened? I know I'm asking a question without giving a lot of information, and I can just get it scanned when I get home. I'm just trying to get a jump start on things.

I'm thinking maybe something to do with the battery/charging system as you said it had been sitting for 2 months. Probably just need the battery tested/recharged, clear the CEL and hopefully that'll be it. Good luck
