Check gauge light on

Have a 2007, 3.7L truck with check gauge light comes on, but all are in normal range. Checked coolant and battery. I have read on this forum that the oil pressure could still be low even if the gauge shows normal range.

Yes and replaced alternator, 3 months ago.

Change the oil the filter and the oil pressure switch. If that doesnt do it then you need to check the pressure witha manual gauge how many miles on it?

Ok not bad its still young unless it had a lack of oil changes these engines need em every 3k. Just do what i mentioned above both are cheap and easy you can do it your self.

Turns out to be the oil filter. Appreciate the responses.
