Cleat assemblies for RamBox

I talked to the dealership and searched online trying to find cleat assemblies for the RamBox rails. I have found nothing except for the dealer to tell me they come as part of the kit that includes both rails and all 4 cleats. I just know someone aftermarket surely makes them available. Anyone know a source?
