New member, trying to make a decision on which axle ratio to order in a 2014 ram 1500 CC laramie 4x4.
Can't seem to find one locally with the 3.92 to take for a test drive.
I'm curious how many rpm a 4x4 is turning with the 3.92 gears at 70 mph.
I rented a 2014 2wd hemi 3.21 and it seemed to turn approx 1600 rpm at 70 mph in 8th.
7th gear with the 3.21 was just under 2000 rpm which seems to be the sweet spot for power and mpg.
I've searched all over the web trying to find this info. Any help greatly appreciated.
