I've walked the customer service walk. Spoke to my service advisor, then spoke to his boss, then spoke to the dealership's operations manager, then talked to the dealership's general sales manager who told me that meeting with the general manager himself would be impossible, then talked to the general manager. Asked the GM for the factory rep's contact info he gave me a name and number and then later that day told me he had done me the favor of contacting this rep to let him know I'd be calling. He said the rep was already aware of the situation because the rep is the one that authorized the parts that the dealership lied to Chrysler about and had covered under warranty even though it wasn't a warranty claim it was the dealership just being negligent and damaging the truck. So, I'm questioning whether or not the number the GM gave me is really for a legit factory rep. It seems to me that the dealership is doing everything they possibly can to intercept and block my attempts to get through to Chrysler. I'm considering CC'ing Mike Manley in the rest of my communications with this GM, but really don't want to even have to escalate this. I'm not trying to get this dealership into hot water or anyone that works there. I'm just trying to get my truck back in the condition the service department and I originally agreed to and I paid them for.
