Control arm bushings

How long do control arm bushing usually last? Just replaced my rear lower control arms today. I couldn't find the bushings so I just replaced the entire arm. My RAM only has 85,000 miles on it at 6 yrs old. I'm not too upset because it wasn't expensive and I did the work myself. But goodness already?

Did you have any symptoms indicating they were messed up already? I have 80k miles on my truck and i wonder if i take them off mine will look like that. she's tracking straight and corners great so i haven't bothered replacing them yet.

Yours are long gone! 60-80K with moderate abuse. Add in the oblong brake press roll formed sleeve results in metal to metal in the axle(bolt) itself.

OP, which exact bushings are bad when on the vehicle? Passenger/Driver axle side or frame?
