Crack at rear parking brake mount

I know the whole replacement for mounting plate alone is $240. But I don't think I'm brave enough to disassemble the rear end to pull the axle. There is still ton of mounting and steel below this crack.

It stops where the parking lever is. I don't know if I did it while using it for leverage to get the rust welded old rotors off.

Think I can leave it alone? Like I said there is still plenty of steel below it. Think I can just throw a weld across it?

That is the mount for the caliper, too. Personally, I wouldn't chance it, myself.
