Just purchased used CPO 2020 Laramie. Purchased in South Dakota and drove back to Utah. On drive back hit a rainstorm and learned the drivers side windshield wiper was not operating (passenger side was). Also noticed water pouring into cab though two cracks on the frame above rear window. Had to stuff rags to catch the water. Now back in Utah and dealer wants $1300 to replace rear window. Waiting for reply from the selling dealership in South Dakota. Does anyone on here know why they wouldn't cover this under the CPO warranty (3 months or 3000 miles).

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your truck! Sorry to hear you have the dreaded cracked rear window frame. It's something that has affected a lot of owners.

There's probably something in the fine print which excludes the rear window frame. How many miles are on the truck? Being that it's a 2020, the rear window frame would be covered by the original factory b to b warranty if it has under 36k miles.
