Craigslist meet turns up a sweet truck

So the other day I met a guy off of Craigslist to purchase a set of running boards. All seemed normal until j walked into his garage.
He has. 2013 ram that he is not being patient with on upgrading. I didn't get a pic of the whole truck but he has a mopar lift on a red ride. Looked great even though he was running factory tires on it. Well at least at the moment since he has already sold those and was picking up his larger tires later that day. He actually modified his garage so he could fit his truck in it. But what I haven't seen before is the second picture. The first one is of a bumper I want that he has too. Preproduction if I heard right. he out in a lot of effort to get those last couple of inches of clearance.

It appears he relocated the satellite antenna to the top of the bed rail so he could get in the garage.

im curious what he did on the roof where the shark fin was? I live in Alaska and i've been wanting to take that damn thing off because satellite radio doesn't even work up here so its just an eye sore.

No satellite radio in Alaska? That settles it, I'll never move there. That and after a week or two of weather in the 50's and I'm ready for summer again.

Nothing has been done to the wheel base.

As local907ryder says, no satellite radio here in Alaska. You can get an occasional signal in some places, but not mobile. Some places you can't even get regular radio. I miss satellite radio. Thank god for iPods...

That's the 5'7" bed. The wheel wells being so close to the cab is what makes finding a large tool box challenging.

I have the 5'7" bed and my wheel well is much further away from the front of the bed. Something does look very strange with the wheelbase. Why no full picture?

He has the short bed like mine. I didn't even notice the wheel well thing. The rest of the truck is standard red express package. The wheels looked funny as hell since he just did the lift so I didn't grab that picture. I am planning on meeting up with him later when the truck era his new tires. Plus I am buying the tow hooks off of him.

What he said about the antenna relocation kit was its a factory kit he purchased for the model (I think he said trades men but don't quote me) that comes with the roof rack. The factory has the relocation kit and plug for that install.

I just pulled up a picture of my truck from my build page and the wheel well is in the same spot as his. I have a 2014 Laramie with the 5'7" bed.
