crank flange bolt pattern

Does ALL Hemi motors use the same crank bolt pattern / flange? Do they all look like the attached photos? If not, what years and engines does this particular crank bolt pattern apply to? Trying to confirm this information for a digital degree wheel tool I'm working on.

Here are the specs for the flange in question:

~122mm diameter
7/16" flywheel bolts
