would anybody be able to tell me the symptoms of a bad crank position sensor thank you

No start, starts but falls on it face like the timing is off. Is there any codes

Bad crank sensor i remember cutting out surging and stalling from take off plus engine light and code. The cam sensor or coil pickup would run fine for 10 minutes after sitting 8 hours then stall with no fuel or spark.

Well I got it running all fixed it was a weak fuel pump after all this time

crank sensor just stalls out, cranks but no spark and you smell fuel.
