Just thought I would share

I wanted to upgrade my fog lights But I didn't want to get HIDs because of the constant cycling from switching from low to high beam.

So i figured i would give these a try. They actually throw the light, unlike regular led fog light bulbs.

They have worked flawlessly for well over a month now. No bulb out warnings. etc.

They are 6000k in color ( I wish they were 5000k, but its the only option)

Looks good. I want to try them someday.. They work well in projectors, but they won't be as bright as HIDS

I have used these (off Amazon.com) for about a month now and really like them...as fog lights...2000 lumens for each bulb...exponentially brighter than the stock halogen bulbs...

I wanted to throw LED 60w in the high beams of the projector headlights as I would like more light. I currently have HIDS in my projectors and fogs. ONLY reason is that I had a ffew kits laying around and a set of 9006 bulbs so just a pair of canbus adapters from retroshop and they were in for almost no cost.

Anyone have any ideas about the space constraints for the high beam bulbs? As u can see in the pic the OP uploaded the backs of the LED bulbs are huge.

I was also wondering about the size of the bulbs to. I've never really looked at my fogs from behind, do they fit easily/easily installed? Also I can't pull up the site in the original link, any other link? And are these the same as for the 12s? Looks great though.

How do they compare to oem projector bulbs?

Going by Lumens, they should be brighter. Stock Ram projectors bulbs are HIRs, which are better than normal halogens.

09-12 use a 9145 bulb.

I just found some 60W 3000LM each on ebay.
They should be hella bright

i doubt they would fit inside the headlight housing for high beams.

I haven't looked under my truck yet to check out the fog lights. Is it an easy install or will there be cussing involved? Also, it appears you went with HIDs for your low beams?
