Crossmember reinstall

we had to take the crossmember out to get the tranny and transfer case out as one unit. It's kicking our butt trying to get it back in. Does anybody know a trick? Thanks.

Need to spread the frame rails using a jack or something like it.

I used a BFG to get it back into place but I had a body lift so I may have more room spreading the frame seems easier.
