Custom Tune

Hey guys, I might be asking a dumb question here but I'm clueless when it comes to this. What exactly do I need to do to get a custom tune? I know I need to send them the tune I'm running now. Do I use a sd card or just plug the trinity to my computer? Do I put the truck tune back to stock before I do this? Any help would be appreciated.

Email Hemifever, he'll tell exactly what he needs. You can use a SD card or just plug the tuner into the computer and upload.

I agree with TylerB. Get in contact with Hemifever. Also I would stay away with Arrington's. I only had problems with their custom tune. I still have the tuner and I will not use it ever again. When I put it into my truck it killed the PCM. From what I understand the write a different code than what our trucks use and dome of the tunes "brick" the PCM's. I tried to return mine and I never got any response from customer service. That is just feeling on them. Good Luck.
