Dashboard Issues

I have a 2023 1500 Limited and the dash bubbled up back in September. I have been working with my local dealer for almost 4 months now and they keep telling me Stellantis will not ship them a dash to replace mine. I live in Central Florida and I had only owned the truck for 1 year before the dash bubbled. I believe Stellantis is trying to wait it out until the truck is no longer under warrantee. The dealer said they will not be able to fix it if my truck gets to 36000 miles. This is ridiculous.

Try another dealer. Something sounds off

each time that you go to the dealership for some work.

They give you a sheet to write what you need down, so they can write up a Work Order.

If you do not write down your issues down EVERY TIME, it will get lost in the paper shuffle.

If there is a paper trail, their copy & yours, they can not say that you never mentioned it

i have every piece of paper that involves the Dealership about my vehicle.
When i sell that vehicle, it will go to the New Owner

My old 2009 Dodge Ram paperwork filled a Adult Shoe Box, when i sold it

Agreed.... totally ridiculous. By this standard, anytime you have a problem the dealer could just claim they can't get parts and avoid all warranty work. I agree with those that say try another dealer or escalate it to the higher powers.... whomever/wherever that is.
